Order Status
  1. Your current order and its status are listed below. You may return to this page any time to view the status of your order or see when it was shipped.
  2. Order statuses are: Open, On Hold, or Complete. Open orders are those that are waiting to ship. On Hold orders are those where there is a problem with the credit card information as it was entered, or that are awaiting receipt of payment, such as a check or money order. Complete orders are those that have shipped.
  3. NOTE on shipping: US Priority Mail shipments usually arrive in 2-3 business days, although they may take longer. If you haven't received your package in 7 business days (allowing for weekends and holidays), please contact customer service at support@novaderm.com.
