NovaDerm.com remembers your data if you've placed an order with us in the past. This allows us to automatically input information that you've given us previously, such as name, billing and shipping addresses, etc. This saves you from having to re-enter it each time you shop with us, and automatically applies discounts to your order for you. However, if you are using a different computer than the one that you originally used when you placed your last order, or reset or deleted cookies on your computer, you'll need to set the user ID on the computer you are now using.
